Beginning with a campus master plan in 2009, the Phase One Building for Chemeketa Community College’s Yamhill Valley Campus was completed in Summer 2011. As the first new academic building on campus, the programmatic requirements were broad, providing space for student services, testing, counseling, food, service, library, general science and campus administration. Along with the 58,000 sf facility, significant planning and landscape improvements were made to create communal exterior spaces.
