YGH is completing bid documents for this $278 million design excellence project with design architect, Allied Works Architecture. The 10-acre site includes nine buildings carefully arranged to form outdoor spaces for Consular Gardens, Representational Lawn, Recreational Lawn adjacent to a Cabana and Pool as well as private space for the Marine Service Guard Residence. The site design transitions between the beach environment immediately to the east and forested hills to the west. The project is designed to meet LEED Silver.
