YGH designed a 227-unit residential development on the Abu Dhabi waterfront. Design of the building wass guided by responses to site conditions, environmental conditions, and a strong concept of community.

Three major volumes define the building: the plinth, the tower and the bar. The 2.5-story plinth of retail and residential space includes a rooftop garden and plaza which serves as the heart of the residential community. The 23-story tower rises from podium’s south end and includes two penthouse levels. The tower’s small floor plate efficiently maximizes the number of corner units and presents a thin profile that improves view opportunities from the inner plots.
