YGH and JE Dunn were selected by the Port of Portland to deliver their new Parking Additions and Consolidated Rental Car (PACR) facility in a progressive design-build method. This project will provide new offices for airport operations, additional long-term parking, a consolidated rental car facility, new rental car offices, and a new and relocated parking toll plaza. Support work to enable these elements include modifications to the existing P2 parking structure as well as significant changes and upgrades to surface roadways as well as underground utilities. The facility has been built with long-term resiliency measures in mind, enabling airport operations to be functional immediately after a natural disaster.
