The GSA selected the JE Dunn/YGH Design-Build team under the Design Excellence Program for the San Luis II Land Port of Entry. Master planned as a full-service border crossing, this initial phase serves commercial and limited pedestrian traffic. The 80-acre site ties into a similar use on the Mexican side and to an ADOT inspection facility prior to entry to US Highways. The $28M Phase I project provides LEED Gold facilities for the GSA, CBP, FDA, USDA and Homeland Security.
