Steve Neiger has been with YGH since 1990. Throughout his many years of experience with institutional and commercial projects, most of his career has been focused on higher education clients around the Pacific Northwest. He is responsible for coordinating internal teams and consultants, and oversees all aspects of  the design, documentation, and construction process to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency. Steve works closely with our clients to provide solutions that listen and respond to their needs, while staying within their budgets, and without compromising detail. He demonstrates a high level of project coordination skills, technical  knowledge, and understanding of energy efficient and sustainable construction practices. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Architecture from Washington State University and is a registered Architect in Oregon.
