Kathy Simone is a Shareholder with over 25 years of experience. Her work at YGH has been focused on complex higher education, local government and state department projects. Her portfolio includes Portland State University’s Academic & Student Recreation Center, an embassy complex and a headquarters renovation for Metro Regional Government in Portland, Oregon. However, her favorite role at YGH is acting as the auctioneer at the Annual YGH United Way Auction. Kathy is LEED accredited and graduated from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona. She has spent time studying both architecture and languages abroad in Italy and Croatia. To unwind she indulges in burgers and a movie every Friday night with her family.
